The KASDA has Partnership with World Vision International Nepal Area Development Program (WVIN ADP) in Jumla within 5 years working experience at jumla Livelihood Project. This project is now going to continues in this FY 2072/073 and next project Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan Project (CESP) also was approved by WVIN ADP Jumla to KASDA for continues this FY 2072/073. According this we are recruiting the following manpower vacancy for Jumla Livelihood Project and CESP. 

Karnali Sustainable Development Academy (KASDA-Jumla) is seeking for skilled and qualified staff for CESP and Livelihood project for following fields with having strong knowledge in social mobilization and community  mobilization.

• Position: Program Coordinator-- 1
• qualification : Bachelors Degree (B. Sc. Agriculture ) with 3 year of working experience in social mobilization sector.
• Fluency in English speaking, writing and computer skill in MS word, PPT and Excell.
• Skill on preparing concept note, report writing and command the field team.

• Position: Motivator-- 6
• qualification : intermediate passed with 3 year of working experience in social mobilization, child protection, child advocacy and child rights sectors.

High Value Agriculture Project in Hills and Mountain (HVAP), Jumla Livelihood project, SIDPOR and LGCDP are the major project with different project goal.

 HVAP is one of the agriculture based projects implemented by KASDA in Jumla district. Project goal is: The overall goal of the project is the reduction of poverty and vulnerability of women and men in hill and mountain areas of the Mid and Far Western Development Region of the country.

The project purpose is to integrate the rural poor, especially women and marginal groups in high value agriculture and Non-Timber Forestry Products (NTFPs)/Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (MAPs) value chains and markets, and improve income, employment opportunities and ability to respond to market demand and opportunities based on marketing agreements with private agribusiness.

When KASDA/HVAP have started to support the groups/Cooperatives in fresh Apple farming , goat rising and Vegetable seed production then onwards the income of members of groups/Coops is increased and even they have new energy/power to do something better in future.

KASDA/High Value Agriculture Project not only support in production but also organized different trainings, orientation, workshop and interaction among line agencies.
