Karnali sustainable development academy (KASDA) is lead non-profit organization in Jumla with more than 10 years working experiences in community developments sectors such as social mobilization, infrastructure  construction, economic promotion (income generation) and market  management, capacity building with skill development coordination/linkage/partnership, research works different disciplines/fields, health, hygiene  and sanitation, public awareness raising and advocacy (education, human right, child discrimination)

The KASDA has partnership with Word vision international Nepal Area Development program ( ADP)  in Jumla with 5 years working experience at Jumla livelihood project. This project is now to continues in this FY 2072/073 and next project community Engagement and sponsorship plan project (CESP) also was approved by WVIN ADP Jumla to KASDA  for continues this FY 2072/073. ·         Qualification  -Bachelors degree(B.CM /BBS pass) with 2 years experiences in accounting in NGO sector or,

 _-       Intermediate (10+2) in management with 5 years experience in accounting in NGO sector.

·        Fluent speaking and writing in both Nepali and English with good computer skill.

 KASDA Jumla has been implementing many projects in whole Jumla district and each project has different project goals and vision. KASDA Jumla has been implementing many projects in 30 VDCs of Jumla district and main goal  of KASDA Jumla is to eliminate the poverty by supporting in different sectors like production increment, marketing and community involvement in many production related sub project. High Value Agriculture Project in Hills and Mountain (HVAP), Jumla Livelihood project, Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan Project (CESP), SIDPOR and LGCDP are the major project with different project goal.

•  Qualification  -Bachelors degree(Bachelors in Commerce /BBS.pass) with 3 years experiences in accounting mobilization sector.
• Fluency in English speaking, writing and computer skill in MS word, PPT and Excell.
